HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO SHIP MY ORDER?
Apparel:
All apparel is designed, selected, inspected, and hand-made in our USA facility. Our typical production time is 1 to 3 business days for “in-stock” items, though we strive to produce and ship orders within 24 hours, whenever possible. Times may vary during holidays and other busy seasons.
Models and Décor:
All in-stock models and décor are inspected and shipped within 1-2 days, though we strive to produce and ship orders within 24 hours, whenever possible. Times may vary during holidays and other busy seasons. Larger specialty items may take longer due to certain freight logistics. Custom and special orders take considerably longer, with a production time of 8 to 16 weeks, depending on complexity.
The actual shipping, handling, and delivery times are dependent upon the freight carrier and where the order is being shipped. DO YOU TAKE RETURNS OR EXCHANGES?
We stand behind our product quality. Should your item need a return or exchange, a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) is required. Please see our RETURNS policies (linked in the footer) for further information.
WHAT IF MY ORDER IS RETURNED TO SENDER OR UNDELIVERABLE?
Please check for accuracy when entering your shipping address. Any order returned to us due to non-delivery may require a re-shipping fee of equal or lesser value than the original shipping fee. Most of our clothing is made from a premium blend of cotton and polyester. The blend content varies depending on style and color. Most garments are made from 100% polyester of 100% cotton. All product descriptions detail the material of that specific product.

DO THE SHIP MODELS ARRIVE FULLY ASSEMBLED?
Nearly all SavyBoat models come fully assembled and painted and are ready to display. Some smaller models may require a mast of something to set in place. Flat-packed models are fully assembled, but may require minor assembly of a few parts like a flag staff, bow pulpit, etc.
HOW ARE THE SHIP MODELS BUILT?
All SavyBoat models are hand-built from scratch by our master craftsmen using the highest quality materials. We do not produce models with fiberglass or plastic hulls, unless otherwise noted, though some small parts may be made from metal, wood, plastic, or other materials.

SavyBoat.com maintains a stock of a large selection of ship models for immediate delivery, so there is no wait for our in-stock items. Special orders and/or custom orders may take 8 to 16 weeks to produce, depending on complexity and size of the model and transportation logistics.

SavyBoat.com sells parts and pieces for various models. Additionally, we are continually expanding our inventory selection of supplies to meet our customers' needs.
