- Gift certificates are available as e-gift certificates (digital delivery via email).
- All gift certificate purchases are considered final sales and non-refundable.

- No dormancy fees, service fees, inactivity fees, or any other hidden fees will ever be charged against the gift certificate balance.
- The full value of the gift certificate remains available until the balance has been fully redeemed.
- This policy is maintained in compliance with applicable federal and state consumer protection laws, including the Credit CARD Act of 2009.
Final Sale

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Gift Cards

- SavyBoat.com is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged gift certificates or promotional coupons.
- Gift certificates are treated like crypto cash — please protect your redemption code and do not share it with untrusted parties. Purchase processes completed that debit a gift certificate’s balance is considered spent/consumed and non-reversible and non-refundable, regardless of the purchaser.
- If you believe your gift certificate has been lost or stolen, CONTACT US immediately. If the gift certificate’s original balance has not been used, SavyBoat.com may, at its sole discretion, investigate and reissue a replacement gift certificate for the unredeemed balance upon verification of the original purchase. However, SavyBoat.com is not obligated to do so for any reason. Any reissued gift certificates will be reissued ONLY to the original recipient.
