SavyBoat.com is dedicated to providing our customers with unique, high-quality products at affordable prices.  Unlike many stores, SavyBoat.com offers our customers FREE SHIPPING on orders over $50.00, shipped within the Contiguous United States (lower 48 states)(some restrictions apply, see website for further details).  Please see the policies below.

We want our customers to have the best online shopping experience possible, so we believe they should not have to pay for shipping on every single item they buy!  Depending on location, packages shipped via orders sent with standard shipping are generally received within 2-7 business days after the paid order is placed.

We offer additional shipping options should faster delivery be needed.  These services are available at an additional cost. Please see SHIPPING METHODS, below.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING:

SavyBoat.com can ship to nearly any address in the United States, including US territories. 

USPS, FedEx, or UPS are the carriers most used by SavyBoat.com for domestic shipping and delivery.  Some shipping restrictions may apply due to carrier or company policies.  SavyBoat.com does not ship freight collect. These policies for domestic shipments include, but are not limited to, the following:

    • Costs associated with all special services or delivery instructions requested by the customer are the customer’s responsibility.
    • Delivery dates are estimates that are provided by the shipping provider/carrier. SavyBoat.com is not responsible for inaccurate, late, or delayed order deliveries.
    • Shipping charges are based on the weight and volume (dimensions) of the package. Due to the relatively lightweight, but large volume of many models, larger models often incur shipping costs based primarily on volume.
    • Unless otherwise specified by the customer, SavyBoat.com will determine the method of transport for all orders. 
    • Shipping rates for many smaller items we sell are weight-based. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
    • All shipments are subject to handling charges and insurance worth 100% of the shipment value. If the customer declines to purchase shipping insurance, the customer is fully responsible for the value of any shipment lost or damaged.
    • Standard shipping carriers used by SavyBoat.com are USPS, FedEx, or UPS.
    • Domestic orders take 1-2 days to process.  This time may increase during holidays and heavy order volume times.  
    • Shipments that are refused and/or returned for any reason other than authorized by applicable SavyBoat.com RMA, that incur expenses, including, but not limited to, taxes, duties, Customs fees, restock fees, brokerage fees, damage, and/or shipping charges, are the full responsibility of the customer and will be charged accordingly. No exceptions.
    • SavyBoat.com is not responsible for delays in delivery due to freight carriers or postal carrier anomalies, delivery delays, or errors.
    • Ground shipping normally takes 2-8 business days for the order to arrive at its destination, depending on the delivery location.
    • Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, or US territories may require additional shipping fees. Please contact us at HELPDESK@SAVYBOAT.COM for current shipping rates.
    • Customers may expedite their order in accordance with the SHIPPING OPTIONS below for an additional cost. Please contact us at HELPDESK@SAVYBOAT.COM for further information.

       INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

      SavyBoat.com can ship to nearly any address in the world.  FedEx or UPS are the carriers most used by SavyBoat.com for worldwide shipping and delivery.  Some shipping limitations may apply due to carrier, company, and government policies.  SavyBoat.com does not ship freight collect.   Additional policies for International Shipments are as follows:

        • Shipping rates do not include duties, taxes, other customs clearance, or brokerage charges for shipments outside of the United States. 
        • ALL international shipments are subject to import fees, duties, and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches the destination country. Additional brokerage fees, Customs fees, and clearance charges may also be imposed by the carrier.  These charges must be borne by the customer/recipient.  COM has no control over these charges, cannot predict what they may be, and is NOT responsible for any of such costs.
        • Shipments too large to be shipped via FedEx or UPS require special handling and delivery. These shipments require special coordination.  Please contact us at HELPDESK@SAVYBOAT.COM for further information.
        • Some items cannot be shipped to international destinations due to licensing or other legal agreements. 
        • International shipments that are refused and/or returned for any reason other than authorized by applicable SavyBoat.com RMA, that incur expenses, including, but not limited to, taxes, duties, Customs fees, restock fees, brokerage fees, damage, and/or shipping charges, are the full responsibility of the customer and will be charged accordingly.                        STANDARD:

                      1 - 3 Day Processing + STANDARD Shipping

                      Shipping types include:

                      FedEx Ground Economy Service: Normally delivers within 3-10 business days.

                      FedEx Home Delivery Service: Normally delivers within 2-7 business days.

                      UPS Ground Service: Normally delivers within 2-7 business days.

                      UPS Ground Saver Service: Normally delivers within 3-10 business days.

                      RUSH:

                      Same-day Priority Processing + RUSH Shipping

                      Shipping types include:

                      USPS Priority Mail Service: Normally delivers within 1-3 business days

                      FedEx 2 Day Service: Normally delivers within 1-3 business days

                      UPS 2nd Day Air Service: Normally delivers within 1-3 business days

                      EMERGENCY:

                      Same-day Priority EMERGENCY Processing + Overnight (Please contact us for expedited overnight order processing)

                      Shipping types include:

                      USPS Express Mail Service: Normally delivers by the next day from the day the shipment is processed.

                      FedEx Standard and Priority Overnight: Normally delivers by the next day from the day the shipment is processed.

                      UPS Next Day Air Service: Normally delivers the next day from the day the shipment is processed.

                      Standard Overnight orders must be received and paid for by 11 AM PST. The next business day delivery is generally in the afternoon, the following day by 3 p.m. in most areas and by 4:30 p.m. in some rural areas, throughout all 50 states (Hawaii and US territory services are outbound only). No shipping or delivery on Saturday.
